INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES
The candidates are required to report to the colleges allotted
to them within the prescribed time limit along with the following documents –
- For all candidates
- Qualifying examination Mark list (Original)
- Jr. College leaving certificate (Original)
- NATA Score card (Original)
B. Candidate who have passed Qualifying examination And/
or Std X examination from school out side State of Maharashtra shall carry either
of the following documents in addition to above documents
- Domicile certificate of Parent (Original)
- Transfer order (Original) (In case of parent being Central
Govt/ Public sector undertaking / Statutory body employee - transferred to Maharashtra
OR State Govt/State Govt undertaking employee posted out of Maharashtra)
C. The candidates who have applied for reservation seats
shall carry the following documents in addition to the documents mentioned under
‘A’ -
- Caste Certificate (Original)
- Caste Validity Certificate (Original)
- Non-creamy layer Certificate (Original)
D. Candidates shall also carry with them Fees to be paid
to the college in the form required by that college.
The colleges on reporting shall collect the original documents
and fees and issue to the candidate certificate cum receipt generated on reporting
the candidate online stating receipt of the documents. For Fees paid separate receipt
shall be issued by the college. (For Fees approved by ‘Shikshan Shulk Samiti’ please
access DTE website http://www.dte.org.in/shikshan )
All the admissions are provisional subject
to issuing eligibility certificates by the affiliating university.
Non-reporting by candidates who are allotted college of
their first preference shall make them ineligible for subsequent admission process.
Grievance of any nature shall be reported to admission
